hi people...haven't seen you all in yonkers...anyway ive had alot going on these couple weeks. Firstly, had to settle some issues with the gf then had to go to bangkok for a couple of days to visit my mom's family. We also had to move house which was a bloody pain in the butt.... we renovated the house so had to move to an apartment downstairs for a while then just moved back in to our house again...its much nicer than before i must say although im still hoping to be able to build the entertainment system i've wanted for a while. No money la...hehe. But then i had to move out of my old house in indiana, then move to detroit, then move my shit from detroit back to indiana into storage..then come home and move this house...then when i go back to indiana i have to move to my new place again. So i think i quite pro mover already..but see beh sian man. Anyway my dad is trying to save up to buy himself a z3...might come sometime soon but i highly doubt it. He really wants it but my younger sis and mom are mad at him for wanting to buy it now since we still have to pay for the renovation costs as well as all our school fees. He also upgraded his car to the new 5 series. Made sense to get the new 5 instead of fixing the gear box problem that the old car was having because financially it was more feasible. But cos he specially ordered cruise control for his frequent trips to malaysia, its only coming next month after i leave...IRRITATING!

So, with respect to ben's car. If its not too much more expensive, I would say that you build a monster out of your engine. Like get your cylinders bored, port and polish, get bigger cylinders, new valve springs, valves, crankshaft, cams. You might need an LSD also...but im not sure bout auto cars. The works la basically. Cos right, the way i see it, the mada cant possibly ask you to freakin open up your engine to see what parts you have. Then after all that is done, go get the car a new ECU program and get it professionally tuned. The problem with celica's is that even though on paper your horsepower is 180bhp, it is utterly useless because it only kicks in in a range that is completely out of the range of normal driving. Unless you intend on goin more than 140 km/h in singapore...you will never see the 180bhp. Remember last time when we 'raced' outside wheelock? Thats evidence right there...you only had chen in your car and i had 3 other pple in mine. My moms car is only a 318 so it shouldnt give anything a fight at all. So if you could get the car tuned to bring the power band to a lower rpm...i bet you will have a ton more fun with it. Just my 2 cents thats all. Thing to keep in mind is that building an all motor race car is waaaaaay more expensive than just slapping on a turbo or supercharger. BUT a properly build all motor car will last you a heck of a lot longer than a car with a turbo slapped on a stock engine that was not engineered to deal with pressures that it is suddenly seeing.

Anyway will be gone to Penang from Wed to Fri to see my grandparents. If you all remember the last time i was back my gdmother had a stroke...now shes having pneumonia and is in hospital. So, i figure its only right that i go up and visit also la. But i will def make it to Ben's bday celebration.

3rd of august 2005 will be the day I always remember. For it was one of the worst kind of experience a driver could face. My engine block(the bottom part of the engine) decided to give up on me just as I was about to hitthe highway...I'm glad I didn't for I would have caused a major chain collision. My engine just stalled..as I tried to crank the car to life....cars went past one by one w/o stopping....human reality kicked in at that very moment. I waited for the AA mechanic to come...he told me that the electrical system of my car wasnt to blame...my heart just dropped when I knew sumthing major must have happened to the engine system. They then towed my car on a flatbed or car carrier as my car was too low to be towed onto a normal tow vehicle.

As it reached the workshop of my choice, I was told to come back tmr as they wereclosing forthe day. My friend (the workshop owner) told me that he'll let me know the problem first thing tmr morning. I waited and waited..my hp rang....he broke me the bad news....my engine block has blown.....either I get another engine(think initial D) or I replace the parts broken such as the crankshaft, the pistons, the con rods and other stuff like the aluminium block.....costs were ard 3K if I managed to find a 2ndhand engine or ard 5K if I decided to replace the damaged parts....till now I've managed to find another 2nd hand engine after testing 3 celicas.....the cost is ard 3500 wif labour charges...super sian my bday celebration is ard the corner....go figure man.....

xl and jennifer you 2 lucky gals..better bring something back for me man.. not asking much though..i want nothing in particular but merely stories of ya adventure experienced during ya 'blitzkrieg' stay in central asia and down under, it will more than please me yeah!.. and not to forget PHOTOS!!..have fun ladies..cya~

ive never felt this much exhaustion; ever. cant wait for my short getaway in 3days time.

i dont have high expectations; i merely demand the basic requirements to be fulfilled.
but maybe thats high to some. well then again im tryin not to give a rats ass anymore. but thats a tad difficult cuz i actually care.

just three nights ago, i was somewhat rattled up from sleep by my sister asking me if i had to go to work cuz she felt lazy and decided not to. i kinda stirred in my sleep about 2hours later when i opened my eyes to see a man carrying a shovel (the kind to dig the ground with dirt, grime and mud still on it) standing at the door of the bedroom staring at me. another man was carrying one of the paintings off the wall in my living room. i was still half asleep yet a quarter sober and i thought to myself "there are burglars in my house stealing paintings in broad daylight." i wondered where my sister was, maybe she was in her room with the door closed and didnt hear the burglars come in, i was hoping she wouldnt come out of her room or else the guy with the shovel would probably smash her head with it. then i thought maybe they already gagged and bound my sister up and i panicked. i actually contemplated reaching out for my phone which was lyin next to me to dial for the cops but i worried that if i did any little movement, the guy with the shovel was gonna come at me and smash my head in. so in the end i didnt dare move an inch and i closed my eyes and started praying. when i mustered enough guts to actually open my eyes again the men were gone. ive never felt so watched and threatened ever before and everything was sooo real like it was unfolding right there before my eyes that i literally got paralysed with fear. i dont think ive ever actually felt this much fear for my life before and it was a horrible feeling and "horrible" is still an understatement.

hey guys...came across tis place in thailand...check it out...

Hello peeps,
so how is everyone doing? Good i hope.
most of us are probably resuming our lives, picking up where we have left off. Life goes on despite everything else that is happening-whether good or bad. in a way it seems heartless, and to some extent even cruel, that you are not even allowed a little time to bask in your glory/ happiness or wallow in your misery/bitterness. but that is the way it is. i am glad there are still some things in life that cannot be controlled no matter how advanced technology is.

despite my snide and sometimes even to the point of being rude remarks, i am happy that you guys have found someone that you can see yourself marrying. We have officially grown older. in the past, relationships were always for the fun of it, to experiment, to just fool around and explore. Now you guys are in for the real thing, the real deal, it is uplifiting to know that you are prepared for the long run, and actually wanting it. Seriously. for the first time.

it is time for the unattached (aka of course me) to pull up my socks.
The score is 5 against 5. i am keeping tabs ( cause i am on the unattached side) those attached would not be so free to keep track on what's what.

can we make this blog private as in really private and exclusive.
i don't think i am ready to share with the whole entire world. And i don't think the rest of the world needs to hear what i have to say.

ciao. until the next time.

my 2 doggy have officially shifted to an estate near cmpb that area today...sianz man!..since when dogs n their master live so far apart man..hahaha..anyway no more poeple to jog wif, cycle wif, abuse at and hang wif...haiz!..so this is dedicated 2 my 2 doggy: ron e dog and hanger!.. dog is man best friend! Posted by Picasa
